Easy place to play online
Easiest place to play this game online. Press CTRL+F12 with focus on the emulator to allow more memory to the game, otherwise a large bit of lag will persist. Adding too much memory may cause other issues, decrease memory with CTRL+F11. I find pressing CTRL+F12 about 20 times is decent enough. Press F6 to increase game speed, and F5 to decrease game speed. This is allowed in the speedrun as it's an in-game tool, and honestly, anyone with enough skill to play at max speed deserves the record. The game will reset to default speed every time you quit to the main menu. (external link)

Hi there - in relation to the above topic that you've been discussing - I've actually got the the load runner mentioned above still in its original box and have tried loading it using an external floppy disc drive but I still cant play it due to problems with the 'classic environment'. Download Lode Runner: The Legend Returns and launch it with DOSBox to have the best playing experience! If the game is too fast or too slow, try hitting CTRL-F11 (slower) and CTRL-F12 (faster).

- When we save the game and then reload the saved game, it starts over again from the beginning the level saved. But it keeps the total amount of the 'gold' collected... bug?

- Hey so I downloaded D-Fend Reloaded successfully and have tried to run the file through that program but it just exits out. It loads the first screen in fullscreen but then goes black and quits. Maybe I'm doing it wrong? I put these files into the D-Fend program: MIDPAK and SOUNDRV. I did these ones cuz they are MS-DOS. Would love some help! THANKS :D
- Hi jUDITH, what do you mean by different system codes? It's a zip archive; after unzipping, you should use an MSDOS emulator like DOSbox or, even better, look for D-Fend Reloaded.
