I'm not worried about music or anything else just my photos, which I want to get from the iPod onto my mac. Image Capture doesn't show any images, neither does iPhoto when iPod is connected. I can't seem to access it as an external hard drive. I have a first gen MacBook and also a MacBook Air and can't seem to get anywhere with either. To copy photos from iPod touch to Mac, click Photos on the left column of the main window. Then in Photos Window, you'll see photos are saved in 2 places: Camera Roll and Photo Library.
